Instructions

Use glue to secure your joints and Consider Painting or Staining individual sections prior to assembling. This makes the paint awarding virtually flawless. Coat with a spray on Poly or Wipe on Poly to protect your stop and your piece and it will last for ages. Adhere to all safety standards and guidelines, and be sure yous follow prophylactic protocol throughout your build. Step 1

Cut the pieces for the legs and the bottom frame. Gear up the Kreg jig for 1-1/2" material and drill pocket holes in each end of the frame pieces. Adhere to the legs equally shown using glue and 2" pocket hole screws.

Stride 2

Cut the piece for the lesser. Attach the frame to the bottom slice using 2-ane/2" countersunk screws through the frame into the bottom. The lesser will overlap the frame past ane" on all sides.

Step 3

Cut the pieces for the sides. Ready the Kreg jig for ¾" textile and drill pocket holes in each cease of the sides. Attach to the bottom using glue and i-1/iv" pocket hole screws.

Step 4

Cutting the slice for the back. Drill pocket holes every bit shown. Attach to the sides and bottom using gum and i-ane/4" pocket hole screws.

Step five

Cut the piece for the divider. Drill pocket holes as shown. Attach to the chiffonier using glue and 1-1/four" pocket hole screws.

Cutting the piece for the shelf. Drill pocket holes in the sides and back of the piece. Adhere to the cabinet using glue and 1-1/iv" pocket hole screws. The slice will be gear up back ¾" from the front end border of the sides.

Stride seven

Cut the slice for the larger drawer dividers. Drill pocket holes in the sides and back of each slice. Attach to the cabinet using glue and ane-1/4" pocket hole screws.

Step 8

Cut the slice for the square drawer divider. Drill pocket holes in the bottom and back of the piece. Adhere to the cabinet using gum and ane-one/four" pocket hole screws.

Step ix

Cutting the piece for the smaller drawer divider. Attach to the chiffonier using glue and 1-1/4" brad nails.

Step 10

Cutting the slice for the top. Adhere to the chiffonier using glue and 1-one/4" brad nails.

Stride xi

Cut the pieces for the drawer boxes. Assemble as shown using glue and 1-1/4" pocket hole screws. Cut the pieces for the drawer bottoms. Attach to the drawer boxes using mucilage and 1-ane/4" brad nails. Adhere the drawer slides co-ordinate to the manufacturer's instructions. For an easy tutorial, click hither.

Pace 12

Cut the piece for the door. In that location will be a i/8" gap around all sides. Install the hinges co-ordinate to the manufacturer's instructions and make any necessary adjustments.

Step 13

Cut the pieces for the drawer fronts. At that place will be a ane/eight" gap around all sides of the drawer front end. For some other easy tutorial, clickhere.

Finishing Instructions
